They’re so delicious that you’ll never find anything like them in stores—making them from scratch is the only way to go! Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix (or homemade ranch seasoning)
- 8 oz deli ham, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: Jalapeños or other veggies for extra crunch
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the ranch dressing mix until smooth.
- Assemble the Roll-ups: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a cutting board. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, covering it completely.
- Add the Fillings: Layer slices of deli ham evenly on top of the cream cheese. Then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green bell pepper, and red onion over the ham. For an added kick, you can include jalapeños or other veggies.
